Paving the Way for Inclusive Workspaces: Develop India Foundation’s Advocacy for Safety, Equality, and Financial Empowerment.

About Campaign

Develop India Foundation (DIF)  Shiksha Abhiyan has been pivotal in promoting educational equity by providing scholarships for higher education to meritorious underprivileged girls annually. Over the past three years, this sustained effort has supported over 30 deserving girls, with a target to extend support to 500 girls with professional education scholarships by 2030. By prioritizing education and inclusivity, DIF has made significant strides in breaking the cycle of poverty and ensuring accessible lifelong learning opportunities for all, regardless of background or circumstance.

Championing Workplace Inclusivity: Mahila Bol Campaign and Beyond

In a commendable initiative to advocate for workplace inclusivity, DIF conducted Mahila Bol campaign sessions and Nukkad Natak to sensitize community colleges and corporations. These efforts aimed to promote safe and equitable work environments by raising awareness and implementing Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) guidelines. By fostering a culture devoid of discrimination and harassment, DIF aims to enhance female participation across various sectors, contributing to women’s financial empowerment and workforce diversity.

Promoting Women’s Empowerment Beyond Education

DIF doesn’t stop at education and skill training but extends support through various initiatives such as financial literacy sessions, career counselling, self-defence training, and promoting women entrepreneurs through networking, pitching, and mentoring sessions in the NCR region, By supporting women’s professional development and advocating for gender-sensitive policies, DIF contributes to building a more equitable society.”

Through initiatives like Mahila Bol and Sashakt Nari Sashakt Samaj, DIF advocates for gender equality and empowerment across diverse sectors.
